Pagué un año de suscripción y no funciona.

 

En agosto renové mi suscripción anual de Rush desde la tienda Samsung. 

Luego de un par de semanas, no me deja usar las funciones Premium y me pide pagar de nuevo. Probando pagar un mes, me dice que ya está comprado y tampoco funciona el Premium.

 

Utilizo el Galaxy S20+ y S22 Ultra.

 

Espero una pronta solución, ya he perdido más de un mes sin poder ocupar la suscripción que ya pagué.
