Pan Zoom not toggling on

Hey everyone, not sure exactly why but the PAN + ZOOM does not togle on.
It remains ghosted, unclickable, even if I selected and highlighted various media
sections that I want edited with a pan or a zoom. Anyone find a solution for this issue?

Are you trying to add Pan and Zoom to a video? It's only available for static images:

• Auto-reframe, adding transitions, and pan and zoom effects - Pan and zoom

If you want to add that sort of effect to video, you could open your Rush project up in Premiere Pro.
