I've had no issues uploading and creating videos on iPhone 12, but recently I purchased iPhone 15 pro max and photos are not uploading. Error says it's not supporting the type of media (regular photos from my phone).

A few others are reporting this issue. We will let the product team know about this. In the meantime, you could try working around the issue by saving the images to the .jpg format. I hope the idea works for you.

Thanks,
Kevin

Sorry to hear that. Can you let us know the resolution and codec of the videos? Are you on the latest Rush version?

Let us know

Thanks,

I have the latest Rush update. The photos are from the iPhone 15 Pro Max and it looks like the photos are HEIF format.
