New to Rush. After editing and exporting videos, I keep getting this pixelated strip at the bottom. It runs like that for the whole video. I've deleted and relaoded the app but it still happens. Using this on a samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. Is the garbage on your source video, too, or not? Is it a video shot from your phone? Let the community know.

If the glitches are not on the source footage, please contact one-on-one support to help you fix this. Contact them here: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html.

In the lower right is a chat pod. Once you reach a live agent, request to be transferred to the "video queue." They should be able to assist you with this issue. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kev

It looks like you have an issue with your GPU, @Daniel38990117iy8k. If you have a PC, try reinstalling the Studio driver for your GPU (not the game-ready one). Let us know if it works. If you have a Mac, let us know, as well.

Thanks,
Kevin
