Plantage / Crash ouverture

Bonjour,

J’ai téléchargé Premiere Rush sur mon MacBook Pro 2016 et lors de la première ouverture le logiciel s’est ouvert avant de planter complètement. J’ai du le forcer à quitter via le moniteur d’activité.

J’ai essayé une seconde fois et idem, le logiciel a même planté plus tôt.

Ensuite, j’ai ré-installé Premiere Rush via le Creative Cloud après que j’ai redémarré l’ordinateur mais rien a faire le logiciel est toujours planté dès que je l’ouvre.

J’avoue être à court de solutions...

Est-ce un cas particulier ? Une mise à jour à venir reglera-t-elle le problème ?

Sorry for the crashing issue. That's terrible. Can you try deleting preferences? Press the Option key on launch and let us know what happens. Hope it helps! If it does not, tell us, and I can set up a call back or chat support for you.
