Bonjour, je monde des vidéos sur Rush depuis un an ; les plantages étaient réguliers mais là c'est catastrophique, il tourne un temps, puis commence à planter, puis n'arrête plus...J'ai l'abonnement premium et pourtant impossible de synchroniser mes projets sur Ipad Pro pour les récupérer ailleurs 😭 La video fait 1Go ce qui avant ne posait pas de problème, j'ai perdu un temps fou (travailler à ce rythme est infernal vous passez plus de temps à relancer qu'à travailler - et tout recommencer sur une autre appli... aucun support réel de Adobe... format video H264 30fps.

Are you crashing on a PC, Mac, or a mobile device? May we have specific information about your system and/or device? You mentioned an iPad. The app should be supported there. Are you crashing on a PC, Mac, or a mobile device? May we have specific information about your system and/or device? You mentioned an iPad. The app should be supported there. As a Rush user, it's working fine on my Mac and iOS devices. Let's try to fix that crashing. Sorry about syncing projects not working anymore. I am not too happy about that one either. You may want to check out the new Adobe app, Project Violet, available in the App store. It's in beta and ready to work on any iOS device. It's not on the desktop, however. Sorry for the hassle.
