Please Fix Graphics Install Error

"An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again."

I know this is an issue with .edu accounts, and based on previous posts I know this bug has existed for a while.

I've tried the workaround involving downloading a specific template from the stock.adobe.com website, that hasn't worked for me.
