PREMIER RUSH APP CRASH-UNABLE TO RENDER VIDEOS

I've been a loyal user of The Premier Rush App for years, but this week has been absolutely frustrating! A simple 6-minute video took me a staggering 48 hours to render. The app crashed constantly when opening a project or when rederingbup to 19% Adobe, what is happening? I really need some help here! I'm using an iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 18.4. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Thanks for the post. I have a feeling that you may be shooting footage Rush cannot process. Try switching off spatial audio in camera settings. The new app in the app store, Project Violet, may be a better fit for these newer formats. Check it out and let me know if it works better.
