Premier rush app is crashing

I have used this app for two years hardly no

problems

but now I cant upload properly. When uploading is done, I cant see the footage- only the voice of the person speaking on my video.

 

i can cut - but when I try to save (video without footage) the app crashes 

 

pls help !! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Can the community have more info please, @cecilia5DC3? Desktop or mobile? What OS? What kind of computer components are installed, if it's a computer. What kind of mobile device, if on mobile? Tell us about the media. Otherwise, it's difficult to help. I hope we can assist. Sorry for the issue.

Hi
Its a mac and a iphone, I have edited videos everyday (on these devices, havent changed a singel thing) suddenly I cant import the footage (only sound) the app shuts down while exporting. can you help me? pls

Try switching off "spatial audio" in camera settings and shoot a test file. Does the test file work? Let me know, @cecilia5DC3.

I dont seem to have that setting in my camera (its a 1,5 year old iphone 14 pro)

 

And even if i shhot with another camera, it happen anyway.... can you help me?

OK. Try switching off HDR for video settings. Still not working? Please upload a sample file to Dropbox or Google Drive and I can test it out here. I hope I can help you!

Soory late answer, happy to have conttact with you but nothing seem to work. Im editing from my desktop computer, but now even that is limited. I cant use any of the text templets or presets........
Im paying for this service and I dont seem to get any help. What do you want me to upload? this?
