I have the most recent update of Premier Rush, as well as my video driver being up-to-date, but Premier Rush will open, and then freeze. It lasts 0-15 seconds, and then completely freezes. I have tried toggling off syncing with creative cloud, and it didn't make a difference. Any ideas?

Guys, Beta version is the savior!!! Try it! And hopefully, your video is automatically saved on the cloud:)

I'm gonna try this. It is absolutely unacceptable to pay for something that doesn't work...

Had the same problem, mine kept not responding and started crashing. Got to the point that it crashed a few seconds after I opened it. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. Installing previous versions also didn't work.
Found out I just had to go to the appdata and clear up the cache (I had a 1000+ cache files in there wow) and that seems to have done the trick!

Mine was freezing every time I attempted to export, not while exporting but just after I clicked "Share". Pr Rush would go unresponsive, but would not crash the OS.

Downloaded the Beta version and it works fine now.

Anyway, can you explain how do I clean the cache? Thanks!

You go to:   Windows (c:) / Users / your username / AppData / Roambing / Adobe / Common

There are two folders with 'cache' in their name, I deleted everything inside of them. Then empried my recycle bin and restarted the computer.

After that my premiere rush works just fine but I had to give up on one of my projects because the files got corrupted. If you have this happen, try using copies that you haven't put into the crashing premiere before (I didn't have a copy but thankfully it was just a small side project)

Hope this helps!

I had same problem with Rush. The system log shows, that graphics driver is crashing and restarting -- after that rush hangs. My solution was to install Intel beta drivers, after that works everything smooth.

The link:

Intel® Graphics - BETA Windows* DCH Drivers

First, after install and reboot is Windows not changing to new beta drivers -- I had to do that manually.

Maybe that helps further.
