Premier rush keeps crashing and cant share!

Gosh I signed up for P RUSH a few days ago and now regret it, I have bought the monthly subscription through google and when I try to share my file/video it sends me to the Adobe upgrade page ! saying I have to buy again even though I already paid for it........... why?

 

And the app keeps crashing on both laptop and mobile, its rubbish

Thanks for the message. It sounds like you are not having much success with Rush so far. The monthly subscription through Google? I have not heard of that one. Sorry. Do you have a link I can check out?

 

Only a guess, but, the subscripton might be referring you to the "free" version of Rush, so that's why you might get that notice, especially if you are trying to import HEVC footage, which is not supported with the free version.

 

If the app is crashing, that should not happ

If the app is crashing, that should not happen. Can you give us more info about your computer system, mobile device, and the media you are trying to edit? Is it video from a mobile phone? If so, which mobile phone? Is it 4K? Is it HEVC or H.264 footage? More info would be most helpful.

 

I hope we can help. Sorry for all these issues, but I'm sure we can sort them out with more info.
