Bonjour à tous,

 

Quand je lance la lecture de ma vidéo, l'écran de mon pc devient noir et impossible de faire quoi que ce soit, l'application ne répond plus.

 

Que faire ?

Hi Alizee! Let's see how we can help. Try using the toolbar at the top of your screen to go to View>Use Optimized Clips and select it.

 

If that doesn't restore your image, try using the toolbar to go to View>Preview Quality and set the quality to "Low."

 

If that doesn't work, you can reset your preferences by closing Rush, then holding down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT on your keyboard when you launch your app! Keep holding it down until a window appears asking if you want to reset your preferences. Say yes!

 

If that doesn't work, please share your system details (OS, RAM, CPU, GPU) so we can provide more personalized solutions.
