I just got a new laptop (company machine) logged into Adobe Creative Cloud and downloaded the apps I use.
Photoshop is opening OK, but Premier Rush is not - it gets non responsive/ frozen in the opening splash screen. Seems to be on the same file -
Same with Premier Pro but I worry less about that because I don't use it as much. I do use Rush and need it to run!
It is the latest version.
Have already tried:
- Logging out and back into Adobe Creative Cloud
- Uninstalling and re-installing Premier Rush (more than once)
