I just got a new laptop (company machine) logged into Adobe Creative Cloud and downloaded the apps I use.
Photoshop is opening OK, but Premier Rush is not - it gets non responsive/ frozen in the opening splash screen. Seems to be on the same file - ImporterQuickTime.prm.
Same with Premier Pro but I worry less about that because I don't use it as much. I do use Rush and need it to run!
It is the latest version.

I have tried the solution outlined in this post - Solved: Premiere Rush Stuck on Load - Adobe Support Community - 11335427
and it didn't help.
(solution 2 - Deleted the preference file, rebooted and logged back into AdboceCreative cloud).
Any insights appreciated, I really need to do s ome work in Premier Rush!
