I opened Rush like I do at least once a week on my desktop Apple and past videos come up but if I create new or open an exisiting video I get a blank screen and within 30 seconds my Force Quit application will say that Rush is not responding. I did a restart, then uninstalled and reinstalled and then another restart and nothing works. I have a Mac Studio and I know its not the issue. I have also used Photoshop and InDesign today with normal success.
I got your note. To reset Premiere Pro's plug-in cache and preferences, try pressing Shift + Option at launch. Is Rush responding now? Let the community know.
Thanks,
Kevin

I am trying to learn Premiere Pro now but either of them are still crashing if I try something to big. I will try the Shift + Option key on launch though and see if it makes a difference. Please note: I was on chat with Adobe for 5 days and one support person transferred all my documents out of main folder and into iCloud folder so that has been a bit annoying.
