Premiere Rush and beta both freeze

Both of them have had a troublesome problem for a long time that they are really slow on the computer. Although my computer is new and powerful. i have uninstalled the apps and reinstalled them. Does not help. the problem is, for example, if I borrow five pictures and press play, then either the clips sometimes disappear from the bottom bar or they get mixed up, the speed adjustment also gets stuck all the time, really difficult to adjust. and the fact that the clips disappear from that lower bar is really frustrating. you have to use the space key to bring them up. you advertise that this is for the busy person... haha. can those problems be fixed in any way, I've really been waiting for a long time for updates to come but no. I understand that the beta version crashes, but premier rush also crashes in the same way. plaaaaaah! always some problems with these. It's annoying to pay for creative cloud membership when the applications don't work and you don't get help. always the same automatic answers that we will do our best. well, do it, because you can do it and make upita applications. Does PR get any additional parts, templates or other graphic finesse for the application. or well, it doesn't matter if you can't do anything with it. thank you ADOBE have a good continuation of the summer

Thanks for the message. I understand that you're having a lot of problems with Rush and your powerful computer. Give us full specs of the computer and about the media you are editing with, like which camera shot the footage.
