I am on Windows 11, I have paid a large amount for the Adobe Creative cloud including premiere rush and premiere pro. It now takes me hours to do a small video. I can't see the files to load them to edit, it takes ages to load them, then the editing is so unresponsive that it is impossible to do any detailed work. I have a new HP laptop, and I am on windows 11. How can it be acceptable for the product to behave this way when it is so expensive?.
Please solve or give me my yearly subscription fee back so I can try some other editing software.
