I just installed Premiere Rush on my laptop to edit videos. Whenever I open the software, it lets me choose the aspect ratio and title. Then, I go to choose the file that I want to edit, and the software just closes without me pressing anything. Is there any way I can fix this?

Hi @John38457229uqhh,

I got your message. Have you read the system requirements, and are you meeting them? What about your footage? Is it supported? Please provide the community with more information so we can assist you ASAP. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

All everything on my laptop meets the requirements to use the software, and
if it helps, I use OBS studio for the footage that I use.

Thanks, John
