Premiere Rush crashing?

I'm very new to using any video editing software so this may be an easily fixable problem, but every time I try to edit anything on premiere rush, it crashes. Usually, it lets me edit for a few seconds and then it freezes and crashes. Please help! I will give more information if needed

What device recorded your video and what is its resolution and format?
