Premiere Rush distored all video

when i upload video to PR in order to edit 

it sound very bad and in slow motion

i intall older vesion - the same problem

atach file that if i load it to PR it distored it

i need help

Hi there!

Sorry about the issue. What's the source of the media files? Variable frame rate could cause performance issues. Could you try transcoding footage and see if that helps? You can use HandBrake for converting files.
