[Premiere Rush] Export in 480p?

I'm working with footage in 480x640 and needs to export it in the same format ( 1:1 ). However, the smallest option available is 720p, which is converting my media to be 720x720 (Which stretches the media).

Is there any way to create a custom preset or resolution, or isn't this software able to produce other resolutions? I haven't found anything related to this issue while googling, so I can only pray for your help.

Using Adobe Premiere Rush 2021, v.1.5.58. Windows 10.

According to Adobe Support, the resolutions in the export menu are the only available ones. You could probably get some different resolutions with different aspect ratios, but never lower than 720p. The Support was trying their best to help and offered a workaround.

Export the finished video (Crop or scale first), and afterwards you could use 'HandBrake' to downscale it to 480p (Or any resolution you want). This should work very well, but I have lots of projects like these to do, which would mean exporting the same video twice (Takes lots of time and space on my drive). I sadly have to look for an alternative solution.

As I side note. I found OpenShot (An OpenSource video editing software) to do exactly what I needed. I think its weird that I miss out on stuff with Adobe (Which I pay many hundred dollars for a year) than I get with other software. I can understand not wanting to spam the user with lots of unwanted options, and dropping support for outdated standards, but you could atleast put in an option for custom resolution! You can do better than this Adobe!

Adobe has a nice online video converter that can be used to resize videos either for social media presets or with personalized settings (go down untill the end of the drop down menu). I use it in conjunction with Rush, from the mobile phone, when I am in a "rush" situation. 
To download the reporpoused video you have to be logged in.
