I have seen this issue crop up a lot for both Windows and Mac users.
The "Adobe Solution" curculating around seems to be thay you should create a new user account for your computer and access Rush that way.
This works. but.....
Surely this is not a viable long term solution.
Needing to have two seperate logins to run a single piece of software is not efficient or useful.
Need a correction ASAP

There are files related to Rush in the Application Support folder or Prefrences folder that can be deleted to do the same
