When I try to open Premiere rush throught the creative cloud desktop it goes straight to a windows error of "premiere rush has stopped working" is there any settings I may need to change. I've checked my firewall and there is nothing preventing anything connecting to Adobe.

As an update, I can open it fine from launching the program from desktop/programs. This is a problem isolated to opening it via Creative Cloud

The same problem!
Adobe Premiere Rush is not responding!
Sometimes it opens with 8-9 attempts, but it happens that I cannot open the program for 2 hours.
