Premiere Rush Keeps Crashing During Editing and Exporting

I would open up the app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and app would crash if I tried to playback the project, edit the project or export the project. 

Sometimes upon opening the app, it would ask me for my subscription but I'm already subscribed.

Yes, it's only this projects. I have a transition and I've sped up three clips but I've recently removed them and that hasn't changed the crashing.

Having the same crash for the whole day. I have attempted to make sure IPad is updated and so was Adobe and even tried a restart. Running out of ideas. Video will not play or allow edit. When I can I make a single change Adobe Rush crashes again.
