Hi, I suspect this issue is NVIDIA Driver related, but I wanted some support on how to fix it if possible?
Sometimes when I am searching for Assets on Rush (videos clips to use) the PC will lockup and requires a hard reset to work again. If I leave it long enough here, it has created a BSOD with driver issues pointing to NVIDIA's drivers in the event viewer. I have a small suspicion it is related to having a second monitor connected, but disabled in Windows (show only on 1). However, It is not convenient for me to unplug 2nd monitor every time I use the app.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-core ( no oc)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
NVIDIA Drivers tested: 471.68 Studio & Game Ready, 471.96 Game Ready
OS: Windows 10 Pro (21H1 build 19043.1237)
Monitors: 4K TV via HDMI (4K60), 1440x900 via DVI to DP
Notes: I have yet to encounter this issue with my TITAN Xp with Studio or Game Ready Drivers. It also happened with an RTX 2080 Ti, and it does not happen with AMD RX Vega 56 or RX 590 with OpenCL.
