Premiere Rush - media is offline

Does anybody know why I have lost all of my film images in Premiere Rush?

The graphics I've added are still there but the edited film footage is just red and has an exclamation mark on it. I haven't moved my film files on my computer so I'm a bit baffled.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

Hi @Asist,

I read your note. It looks like the media is disconnected from the clips in your Timeline. Can you try choosing "Find & Connect" to relink the files? To reach that function, tap the clip on mobile or right-click the clip in the Timeline. Likely, you were working with the proxies in Creative Cloud, which is no longer functioning. Sorry for the frustration. I hope the advice helps.

Thanks,
Kevin

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to Premiere Rush for you.
