Premiere Rush no visualizo los gráficos

Desde ayer cuando quiero trabajar con los gráfico se queda como intentando cargar y no los visualizo. He desinstalado la aplicación y he vuelto a instalarlo. Pero nada, sigo sin visualizarlo. Si hay alguien que me pueda ayudar... Gracias

Hi @atf_1721 and @oriol_1179,

That's pretty weird, guys Some strange things happened over the weekend. Did this work before this weekend? Are you on a Windows system? Was Windows updated recently? Do you have dual monitors and does one have a different value for its scale than the other monitor? Give more more info about your setup and I hope I can help you.

Me he llevado toda la tarde con los chat de atención al público y luego con un técnico. Pero nada. He instalado e instalado adobe creative, el programa Adobe Rush... No tengo activado antivirus, y desactivado firewall... sigo en el inicio del problema. ¿Alguien que me pueda orientar sobre una solución? El programa funciona, lo que no visualizo son los gráficos.

No he conseguido que me arreglaran el problema. Hoy sigo sin poder trabajar con Adobe Rush. Estuve toda la tarde de ayer con chat de atención al cliente. Y luego con un técnico. Desinstale Adobe el programa de adobe rush y adobe creative. Tal como me dijeron. Instalé de nuevo el programa y tampoco funciono. Me miraron el sistema operativo Mac sonoma 14.6.1 y Imac de 2019. Desactive antivirus y firewall. Pero antes me funcionaba con todo activado. Ha sido de un día para otro. Tengo otro portatil mac que tambien tiene el mismo problema. Con lo cual, no creo que sea por mis ordenadores. Por favor, necesito ayuda.  Actualmente llamando al 900810339 sin conseguir que me cojan el telefono.
