Premiere rush project not uploading to cloud

Hey all,

 

For some reason my PC says something else than my Adobe Rush.

I have cloud sync enabled for the file. I'm logged in on the same accounts on pc and mobile, and online. 

My iPad Pro says that ' all files are synced'.

But when i got to creative cloud online/or on my desktop client, nothing is there! 

 

And it also says that 0/2gb is uploaded.

 

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?  (I've already tried turning sync on and off for the file in Rush)

I want to use Rush to draft and order my footage, but if I can't port the project to my Pc to finish it in permeiere pro, it defeats the point...
