Premiere Rush refuses to run on my Windows PC

Hi everyone!

 

Since a few days, my Rush won't open properly anymore. I keep on getting to the project screen where a blue loading circle is the only thing I see:

I've checked and tried everything: my pc is compatible and up to date (windows), I've logged out and back in at creative cloud and I even reinstalled Rush a couple of times. I'm clueless at the moment.

Can anyone be my hero and make it work again somehow?

Hi Eve,

 

My Rush is fixed at the moment, but I didn't find a conventional solution.

I just opened it and let the blue loading circle do it's thing for over 2 hours.

Then my projects finally loaded and Rush works as good as new.

 

I hope this works for you too!

I have the exact problem. Adobe was kind enough to donate Creative Cloud to the entire college and the first itteration, RUSH worked just fine except for the fact that it limited you to 3 uploads. Then the CC was uploaded, Rush went away and Premiere Rush replaced it. At that point the blue circle of death appeared. I worked with IT and we turned off every anti virus and firewall software we could find, to no avail. Rebooting, deinstalling, reinstalling all no good. Any ideas? Btw it does work on my iphone!
