Premiere Rush request payment

Hello i have in my plan premiere rush like image attached i have fee with the account, but when i have try to use advanced feature (transition and music)  in rush on my mobile phone i have received request to subscribe a montly payment.

But this is in the plan

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Premiere Rush is not a part of the photography plan. It includes a Rush starter plan.  You can refer here for more: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-rush/kb/starter-paid-rush-upgrade.html
