Premiere Rush showing spinning blue circle constantly

I'm using an IMac running version 11.3.1 and trying to use Premier Rush but I only get the spinning blue circle. I've uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled and nothing changes. I've signed out and signed back in again.

There is plenty of free space, 64GB RAM and the IMac is only just a year old.

Please help.

Hi @Raffaele6C14

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you tell me if you have a paid or free Adobe account?

Here are the possible options to resolve this

1) Sign out of Rush (It Sounds like you tried this but just in case)

  1. Go to the Help menu in Rush to sign out
  2. Quit Rush
  3. Relaunch Rush, and sign in from there

2) Disable internet connection

1. Quit Rush

2. Disable Wifi

3. Launch Rush

3) Rollback to Rush version 1.5.54

1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app

2. Scroll down to the app you want to install and select the More actions icon next to it

3.  In the drop-down list, select Other Versions

4. In the list that appears, find the app version that you want to install, and select Install

Let us know if any of these suggestions work or not.

Thank you!

Peter

Peter,

Thanks for your fast response.

I have the paid version.

Neither 1 nor 2 solved the problem but 3 did, I'm now working with version 1.5.54. Should I stay on version 1.5.54 until the next version?

Regards

Raf

Version 15.5.58 (the most recent version) doesnt resolve the problem. Rolled back to version 15.5.54 which works without the spinning blue circle.

I'm having a similar problem on Premiere Rush on my iPhone.

I worked long editing a project, then tried exporting the video several times, in different formats, and each time, after the progress bar almost got to 100%, it would give error message saying unable to export.

I then thought to close/quit Rush, then restart, and see if that helped, so I began that process by clicking the home icon (thinking that would put it through the proper saving of the project, but when I clicked the home icon, it got stuck on rotating circle screen.

I left that blue circle spinning for the last 8 hours, and still no better.

The app won't allow me to click anything on it.

I have iOS 16.5.

I'm worried to just close/quit Rush and relaunch it, as I'm afraid I'll lose all my work.

What do I do?

Thanks!

Ted
