I have been fighting the loadin of Premier Rush on my Macbook Pro. It starts to load and then crashes at the Loading of the Importerquicktime.prm part. I have uninstalled and reinstalled in several times, even tried loading the older versions, but all of them crash at the same spot. Premiere Pro loads and works fine.

I did contact customer support. I am still having the issue. The temprary work-around they had was to create a second user profile on my computer and login as that one. Under the second user profile I can open Adobe Rush as I used to with no issues, but I now have to logout of that user profile and back into my normal user profile to access the images and files I need to use in Adobe Rush for the clients project. If it can open on one user profile on the same computer, it should be able to pen on the normal user profile, but it still will not open. All other Adobe programs open correctly, except for Rush.

Yes, I understand the issue. It sounds like your macOS user account is corrupted, @Jerryk93. Sorry about that. You may want to repair it on your own or take your computer to the Genius Bar.
Thanks,
Kevin
