Regarding Rush, I made an upgrade to a premium account; however, the app shows I still do have the premier account.
Hi Kevin, thanks for your swift response; however, your advice did not work; Adobe refers to the apple store to fix the priblem; but the apple store shows I do have a premium account so nothong to fix. On the internet I found more people having the same issue: you pay for the upgrade to premium but Adobe doest not upgrade the app; this takes me too much time...very disappointing..
It is not working.
The app store shows that I do have a premium account.
However, my app is still the Premier Rush version.
Therefore I did remove the Premiere Rush app from my iphone and tried to install the Premium rush version out of the app store.
It does not work.
I only get back the old Premier version.
Very weird ........and takes me too much time.
