Hallo.

 

beim Versuch Videos in Rush zu importieren bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:  nicht unterstützter medientyp.

Das Problem tritt allerdings nur bei Videos auf, die mit dem iPhone 16 gemacht wurden. Bei Videos die mit dem iPhone 14 gemacht wurden gibt es keine probleme. Egal wo ich es probiere. Sowohl auf dem iPad Pro als auch auf dem iPhone 16 pro kommt immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Sämtliche Software ist auf aktuellem Stand.
was nun? Bei Google finde ich keine Hilfe!

Try avoiding shooting in Cinematic mode. Standard HEVC and H.264 should be fine, @kevin_1219.
