Preset transitions

Hi all new to editing with  me working off my iPad Pro for the moment are there any preset transitions available. I'm specifically looking to add a zoom transition

Welcome to the Rush community. You can try Pan and Zoom feature. However, it works only on stills as of now. Check here how to do that: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/user-guide.html/premiere-rush/help/effects-panel.ug.html

Please know, this is just the first iteration, and our next Pan and Zoom update will be available in Rush in the coming months. With that update, you’ll be able to set the position and scale of start and endpoints and apply the effect to multiple clips at once.
