Pretty close to done with Adobe

So premier Rush tends to crash every time I try to record anything with an external microphone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Rush now and lost the entire project I was working on. I've tried to contact adobe several times to resolve this issue before. Seems they'd rather their users use other software.... totally left in the dark here. As I type this I've decided I'm over it. I'm done with adobe. Deleting and cancelling my subscription now. Was fun before you ruined it with whatever you did to make things not work.... You computer people are trash

I read your note. I apologize for the issue with the external mic. What kind of mic is it? Is it attached to your mobile device? What kind of device are you using? How about the format you are shooting? Is it 4K or HD? I hope I can help you fix it.
