Preview now showing in premiere rush

Hello I recenlty installed primeire rush and after opening one of my projects synced to the cloud only a blank screen apears were the preview should be. Also, after a few minutes premiere just crashes.

Sorry to hear about that. We can get this checked. Would you mind sharing more information about the issue?

• Which device did you use to capture footage?
• Does it happen with a particular project or, is it random?
• What happens when you uncheck "Use Optimized Clips"? Go to View > Use Optimized Clips.
