Hi, Rush keeps crashing on my new Windows 11 Home laptop. I have the same software on M1 Mac no issues.
I tried reinstalling Rush on Win 11 still crashes, did all diagnostics even downloaded MS HEVC video extension as requested by the error message. Still when opening Rush it crashes. All my footage were recorded in 4K 24-30fps. In Mac I can easily scrub the footage but on windows it takes very long to load all the pictures and I can't scrub it smoothly. Pls advice.

Hi Vanan,
Sorry for the crash issue. Could you check if there's an update available for your GPU driver?
Also, try Run as Administrator- Right-click the Rush icon and select "Run as administrator."
