problem artifacts with when hardware acceleration enable

Hello,

i have a new notebook with 11th Gen Core I7 and intel Xe graphic card.

If i enable the hardware acceleration in preference menu, it's very fast to export video but i have a lot of artifacts, greens pixels on the video. I have alway this problems when i play video in rush.

If i disable this option its ok but its very slow to export because the GPU it's not use....

Do you have a solution for me ?

Hi Stephane!

We're sorry about the trouble. It could be related to your GPU driver. Could you check if there's an update available for your GPU?

Also, what type of media files are you editing?
