Problem Premiere Rush won’t load import video

Hello, Everyone

I just paid for a yearly subscription only to realise the app won't load (import) a 13min video.

i shot it earlier on my iphone

i use the latest app version.

I don't understand ..how can I fix this

Sorry for the importing issue. Are you getting any error codes or messages when importing the clip?
