I have a samsung s23 ultra and working on a project that I add a photos to an audio file (about 45min long) I just found out that after 20min it doesn't show any more photos but stck with last photo I added before the 20ieth min. Before that everything works fine and photos keep rolling the way I edited in Rush. What's the problem here!! I tried to export the file in different qualities 720, 1080, 30 ops or automatic but still the same problem.. really frustrating destroid my whole project. I have done 7 projects out of 8, when almost done the found out about this problem. HELP!!!

Hi,

How large is the frame size for the photos? Are you on desktop or mobile? What are your specs?

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin, thanks for your reply, I don't really know how to answer that, I use Rush on my phone Samsung s23 ultra, the photos I use have same specs, I even used some of them several times on the same audio file I am editing, but still have the same problem, I am adding between 20-30 photos in each video I am editing. It's simply an audio file 45 min long , I just add photos of people that are mentioned in the audio file, no motion or effects just putting photos of people when mentioned in the audio file, really simple, again it works fine the first 30 min then it doesn't keep showing the rest of photos I added after the 30th min. If I open the Rush app it's there all the photos as I edited but when exporting then I get this issue on all my 7 projects.  In the app there is not much to do really when exporting. I can chose the quality between (auto, 1080 30 ops, 1080 match framerate, 720 3fps, 720 match framerat) I tried all of them but still have the same problem anyway.

Hi,

It is odd that it worked before but now isn't working. Could you check and see if you have enough storage on your phone? That's tripped me up before. I hope the community or I can assist you futher. Be sure to use @Kevin-Monahan in your reply so that I will be notified.

Cheers.
Kevin

@Kevin-Monahan its not the storage, i have more than enough. About 30gb free now. Its really frustrating, can I work on these projects on a laptop then export them using one of adobe programs on computer instead? I mean is it possible to open the project with all files, photos I added on a computer the export using a computer ?
