Problems with Sync Projects when entering Rush Mobile

Hello Community! I am having problems finding my projects in Rush Mobile, my device is iPhone 13promax and since this morning my projects saved in Dash do not appear. It also doesn't allow me to start new projects.

Today I was about to export a project to which I had dedicated several hours of work 😩

Any way to solve it?

Hi @andredsc38102266,

I got your message. Are you using iOS 17.1? If so, there is a bug with Rush and that version of iOS when using HEVC media. Let us know which version of iOS you are using. I hope we can help.

My IOS is version 17.0.2,

I think if I added HEVC media files 😩
Any way to recover the projects?
