I edited a project but when I try to open it noe, the videos are all in red with an exclaimation sign on it. can someone help to retrieve it

Exact same thing is happening to me. At first they were all find. Them some of my projects had clips that are all re with exclamation point on it. NOW ALL of my projects and ALL of the clips are like that. What is happening!
