Project won't load, showing grey screen

I have this project save and complete. The next day, when I go back to this project, the preview screen is not loading and i can't edit the content. I have tried restarting it, checked if the hardware and software are up-to-date. Also tried the project panel view. Nothing works for me.

I'm using windows 10, which is a new computer only 3 months old.

What happens if you turn off the visibility of your titles track by clicking the eye icon on the track?

Have you waited a while for the video to show up? Maybe it is just loading.
