project wont open in rush says open production failed

I had just completed a video and it was all uploaded the blue circle had closed and disappeared. I went off the app tried to access it on my laptop and it wouldn't load. I then tried to reaccess it on my phone and it keeps coming up with an error message saying open production failed. How do I fix this? Can I get it back!?

Sorry for the trouble you're getting in Premiere Rush. Could you share more info with us?

•  Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185.
• Which device are you using?
• Did you try to log out and back in Premiere Rush?

This is happening to my Samsung Galaxy S8! I just logged in Premiere Rush. The version of Rush in my S8 is 1.5.28.668

The project won't open in any of my devices -- PC, Android, iOS 😞
