I've finished editing a video on adobe rush but I cannnot save it because the screen is frozen on the page. I get the rainbow circle. Please help me. I cannot lose  the work that I have done.

I read your message about your export issue. You're hanging on export for some reason. It might be related to the media you are using. Is this media you shot on the phone? Is this the mobile or desktop version you are working with? Can you tell us more about your computer or device? https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html

Thanks for the reply and screenshot.

  • From the shot you showed, it looks like your media is offline and is not conntected to the Timeline.
  • Is the media on another drive, or did you move media from one drive to another?
  • Have you gone to Mac System Settings and checked Privacy and Security settings to make sure that Full Disk Access and Files & Folders are enabled for Rush?
