Red screen issue

I know I will get a "this has already been solved," however, I have this problem CONSTANTLY! My phone is running the latest verison of iOS, and I have used different PCs to make sure it wasn't an issue with the PC. I started the project on my phone then go to edit on my desktop and I get a red screen with an exclimation mark. From the home page it shows the computer and cloud icon, and I made sure when I uploaded the assets to the project that the blue syncing circle finished. I've read through 20 different posts with "quick fixes" and none of them work. I tried to right clicke and find and connect, but it doesn't give me access to my cloud. I also can't find the folder in my Creative Cloud account that has these assets. Sooooo....is Rush NOT cloud capable, or is there always going to be this issue from iPhone to PC? Yes, my phone was connected to reliable strong Wifi when I started the project. Someone please help me, this is very frustrating.
