Red screen with exclamation mark

I started making a editing a video on a windows device, but then i had to sync it over to a different device to keep working on it. only 2 clips from the vid downloaded, and the rest are just red screens with  a exclamation mark. how do i fix this?

i have already looked there, and tried some solutions. i posted here because i couldnt find out any other solution to the problem when looking
