reduced background noise & frame rates

the reduce background noise works sometimes and others it doesn't. or in the actual project it will work then when exported it's totally different. fix the feature so it actually works and there is a very loud echo so please fix that too. 

please make a feature where you can customise the frame rate when exporting.
