I'm trying to take back my two projects I did this morning and it kept stopping at 4% or 6% and going back to my home screen on my phone and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling then logging in with my Apple ID but they sadly disappeared. There's no current update for the app on my iPhone and I'm upset since I spent hours of fixing and adding stuff to it just for it to disappear. I tried looking at creative cloud and there's nothing

I'm sorry that happened. Did you shoot in Cinematic mode? That is not currently supported. If that wasn't the culprit, it may have been an added effect that didn't work well with your footage. We can try to troubleshoot, but it's hard to troubleshoot if the projects are missing.

Your projects are missing because you uninstalled and reinstalled the app. As of February of this year, projects are no longer saved in the Creative Cloud as they were in the past. Sorry about that.

I wish I could help you, but at this point, you probably have to redo these projects. I apologize for not being able to help you troubleshoot when the projects were still viable.

You can back up projects to your laptop or computer to guard against future issues like this. See How to Move Rush files from Mobile to Desktop.

Thanks,
Kevin
