Remote server connection failed vs. team projects

Hello, 

I have experienced frequent black-outs (forced quit or frozen) of Premiere Rush on my iPad Pro out of "The remote server connection failed because this account is not entitled to use Team Projects. Please sign in using an entitled account." 

How to fix this issue? What's team projects?
